Introduction

Welcome to Chore Focus, an ADHD-friendly task manager designed to help neurodivergent users stay organized with household chores. By using Chore Focus, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is concluded between You and Chore Focus only, and not with Apple, and Chore Focus, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA may not provide for usage rules for Licensed Applications that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date (which You acknowledge You have had the opportunity to review).

Scope of License

The license granted to You for Chore Focus is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded Products that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that Chore Focus may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with You via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and Support

Chore Focus is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA, or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Chore Focus.

Warranty

Chore Focus is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Chore Focus to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for Chore Focus to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Chore Focus, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Chore Focus’s sole responsibility.

Product Claims

You acknowledge that Chore Focus, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims You or any third party may have relating to Chore Focus or Your possession and/or use of Chore Focus, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Chore Focus fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. This EULA does not limit Chore Focus’s liability to You beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against You as a third party beneficiary.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chore Focus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Chore Focus.

Subscriptions

Chore Focus offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Chore Focus is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at chorefocus.com/privacy-policy and provides details about how we collect, use, and share information about you.

Features and Services

Chore Focus offers features like timers, visual scheduling, reminders, and progress tracking. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee that all features will work perfectly at all times.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Chore Focus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and provide an opportunity for you to review the revised Terms prior to continuing to use the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Chore Focus if you violate these Terms.

Feedback

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to Chore Focus. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it without any restriction or compensation to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
